Susie Mouroukas

Inspired by favourite childhood memories of life in the quaint villages of Mount Olympus in Northern Greece and escapes to idyllic towns and scenic regions fill openly on canvas the paintings by Chrysoula (Susie) Mouroukas.

A self-taught artist born in Montreal, Quebec in 1964, Chrysoula uses bold and bright colours to transport us into warm and inviting scenes of rural life elevated by her imaginative colour extravaganzas. Her fearless use of colour and level of detail bring cheer and happiness to all those who admire her work.

She has captured her happiest times in paintings filled with simple charm and pure innocence. Her magical and delightful paintings express a familiar comfort and evoke feelings of joy and enchantment to all.

Chrysoula is especially thrilled to partner her artwork with UNICEF Canada and their mission in helping the children of Africa.
